So what pillow do you recommend?

Selecting the right pillow is a vital step in reducing neck pain and ensuring a restful night's sleep. Memory foam, cervical, latex, water, and buckwheat pillows each offer unique benefits tailored to different sleep positions and personal preferences. With all that said and understanding that everyone is a little bit different I find that personally I have had the best results with the D-Core (not sponsored but we do sell them in office-pictured at the beginning of this article) pillow. It is a type of orthopedic cervical pillow. I find it is very versatile for pretty much any sleep position and is not terribly expensive either. I have tested out many pillows over the years and the D-Core pillow is certainly not the most luxurious feeling but it is the one the makes my neck feel consistently the best in the morning.
