We focus on rehabilitation for all walks of life from the professional athlete to the person sitting at a desk all day to the postpartum mother.
Our approach begins with assessing one’s function and identify areas of instability using a system called DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization). We then build a program to strengthen and stabilize the body to heal current conditions and prevent future injury. We perform in-office functional rehabilitation and provide ample education to keep you moving well in your busy day to day life. Dr. Park also provides coaching and home exercises to continue your routine on your own schedule.
