Our approach begins with addressing and rehabilitating one’s current condition, and then progressing to promote overall balance and coordination within the body. We perform in-office physical rehabilitation and educate you about the ways you can unknowingly cause yourself discomfort or pain thereby preventing future injuries. Dr. Tatarek will also provide coaching and home exercises to continue your routine on your own schedule.
